Online Strength Training
This program is designed for women who want the guidance and support of a coach, while also building the confidence to train independently.
Each month, we’ll train together at my private North Lambton studio, where I’ll guide you through your personalised strength program and teach you how to lift safely and effectively.
Between sessions, you’ll follow two personalised strength-focused workouts designed around your goals, experience, and available equipment, so you can train confidently at your own gym up to three times per week.

Train with confidence
You won’t be left to figure things out on your own between sessions.
Through my coaching app, you’ll be able to check in with me, ask questions, access learning resources, and receive ongoing support throughout the month.
You’ll also be able to send through exercise videos for form feedback when needed, helping you build confidence in the gym and know you’re lifting safely and effectively.
Calorie & Macro Guidance
Nutrition shouldn’t feel complicated or restrictive — it needs to work for your real life.
You’ll receive a personalised calorie and macronutrient target based on your goals, along with guidance on using a nutrition tracking app to build awareness around your intake.
This gives you a clear starting point and helps you understand what supports your progress.
