
My Story
I’ve been in the health and fitness space for over 15 years.
What I do now was shaped by a time when my body changed and I had to approach things differently.
In my late 40s, I was dealing with pain, poor recovery, and a body that didn’t respond the way it used to.
I couldn’t train properly, and I felt disconnected from myself.
By the time I hit 50, I knew something had to change.
So I changed the way I trained, the way I looked after myself, and the way I approached my body altogether. Now I help women do the same.
Not with more rules or restrictions, but with strength training, breathwork and practical coaching that actually works.

Strong Like a Woman
This isn’t about doing more or pushing harder.
It’s about building real strength and understanding what your body needs now.
I work with women through perimenopause and beyond, helping you train, eat and recover in a way that actually works, so you can feel strong, capable and like yourself again.


My Approach
Menopause and ageing aren’t problems to fix.
But they do require a different approach.
What worked before often doesn’t anymore.
Doing more isn’t the answer.
Strength training becomes more important, not less.
And no, light weights and random workouts won’t cut it.
But it’s not just about how you train.
Your nervous system, your recovery, and how you breathe all play a role in how your body responds.
Women need to train effectively, understand their body, and stop guessing their way through it.
That’s where I come in.
