Menopause & Sleep: When Sleep Becomes Stress

Updated: Mar 20

Sleep Challenges

Sleep can feel like one of the biggest challenges at menopause, at a time when we need it most.

How can we support ourselves to sleep better when our physiology is changing so rapidly?

Menopause & Sleep

Without it, we can’t think, recover, or feel our best.

But sleep can become just another thing we feel we have to get right. If we take the pressure off, while still respecting that sleep is one of the most important things we do for our health each day, it can help us relax and acknowledge that this won’t last forever.

How can you honour the need for sleep without stressing about it?

Be Kind To Yourself

  • By being kind to yourself at a time when sleep feels elusive.

  • By giving yourself permission to rest when you need to.

Menopause can be tough for so many women. We don’t need to put more pressure on ourselves to get everything right.
