A Personalised
1:1 Training Session
Train with me once a week for a 45-minute personal training session, either in your home or at my private North Lambton studio. I support women across Newcastle and surrounding areas.
You’ll also have access to my coaching app, where your personalised workouts are delivered each week — designed around your goals, fitness level, and the equipment you have available. So you’re supported not just during our sessions, but in between them too.
Nurition guidance
Nutrition shouldn’t feel complicated or restrictive — it needs to work for your real life.
Inside my coaching app, you’ll receive personalised guidance tailored to your body, your goals, and your lifestyle. Where helpful, we can use tools like MyFitnessPal to build awareness around your intake, but the focus is always on creating habits you can actually maintain.
This is about understanding your body, making informed choices, and building a way of eating that supports you long term — without rigid rules or all-or-nothing thinking.


Breathwork
Breathwork bridges the gap between the conscious and unconscious parts of yourself — helping you tune in, rather than override.
Through simple, guided techniques, you’ll learn to listen to your body, calm your nervous system, reduce stress, and improve your ability to regulate your emotions.
You’ll also gain access to my breathwork course and a library of resources inside the app, so you can continue your practice in your own time.
