You know what to do to lose weight.
So why is it still so hard?
You've tried to lose weight more times than you care to admit.
Diets. Eating less. Exercising more. Starting again on Monday.
Maybe you've lost weight, only to put it back on.
Now you're fed up with your clothes not fitting, feeling uncomfortable in your body and constantly thinking about what you should or shouldn't be eating.
You know what to do.
So why can't you make it stick?
When you're stressed, tired or overwhelmed, your good intentions can disappear. You eat when you're not hungry, put yourself last and fall back into the same patterns.
Then you blame yourself and start again.
What if the problem isn't that you need more discipline?
You may know yourself well. But there can still be things happening beneath the surface that influence how you think, feel and behave, often without you consciously noticing them.
Getting to Know Yourself is about becoming curious about what's really going on, so you can understand yourself more deeply and create more choice in how you respond.
Your nervous system matters.
Your nervous system is constantly responding to what's happening in your body and around you.
When you're stressed, tired or overwhelmed, your behaviour can become more automatic. You can know exactly what you want to do and still find yourself doing something else.
This is where learning to notice what's happening in your body can help. Tension, hunger, tiredness, overwhelm and cravings can all give you useful information before you automatically respond.
The more you notice, the more choice you have about what happens next.

Getting to Know Yourself
The first programme in the Lose Weight Without Losing Your Mind Framework. A five-week programme to help you understand what influences how you eat, move and care for yourself.
Your Nervous System
Understand how stress, overwhelm and your nervous system can influence how you feel and behave.
Your Body
Learn to notice the signals your body is giving you, rather than automatically overriding them.
Your Patterns
Become more aware of the patterns that influence how you eat, move and care for yourself.
Your Environment
Explore how the people, places and circumstances around you can influence your choices.
Yourself
Bring it all together and begin developing a deeper understanding of yourself — without the judgement.
Ongoing Support
2 months of ongoing support to integrate the new tools and your new understanding of yourself.
What we'll explore
By the end of the programme,
you will feel...
✓ More connected to yourself and what you actually need.
✓ More aware of what influences how you eat, move and care for yourself.
✓ Less likely to blame yourself when things don't go to plan.
✓ Clearer about what's influencing the changes you want to make.
✓ More confident in your ability to make different choices.

Not Nutrition or Exercise Advice
This isn't a meal plan, nutrition or exercise programme. I'm not going to tell you what to eat or how to train.
Not Another Diet
Begin to notice the signals your body is giving you, rather than automatically overriding them.
Not a Quick Fix
I'm not promising a certain amount of weight loss in five weeks.

Not About More Willpower
You won't be told to try harder, be more disciplined or find more motivation.

Not About Blaming Yourself
Instead, we'll get curious about what's actually going on underneath the behaviours you want to change.

Not About Being Perfect
You don't have to get everything right. This is about noticing, exploring and understanding yourself — not doing the programme perfectly.
What this is NOT

_edited.png)
This is
for you if...
-
You're fed up with trying to lose weight, losing some, putting it back on and starting all over again.
-
You dislike how you feel in your body and don't recognise yourself anymore.
-
You're constantly thinking about food, your weight and what you should or shouldn't be eating.
-
You've started to believe that you're the problem — that you just need more willpower, discipline or motivation.
-
You're bloody sick of starting again.
How it Works
5 Week Online Group Programme
We meet online once a week for a live group session, creating space to explore, reflect and share what you're noticing.
Weekly group sessions
Each live, online session runs for 60-90 minutes and focuses on a different aspect of getting to know yourself.
Between sessions
You'll have simple nervous system practices and reflections to explore during the week. This isn't about adding another long list of things to do — it's about noticing what is already happening in your everyday life.
Ongoing support
After the five-week programme, you'll have two months of ongoing group support to continue integrating what you've discovered together, within the group.
Starting 21st October 2026
The founding cohort will be limited to five women, so we can keep the group small and supportive.
Your commitment
You don't need to be perfect. You don't need to complete everything. You simply need to be willing to show up each week, get curious and participate in the process.
